Two grief support groups have been set up that will run in Tewkesbury and Stroud for free six week sessions which will take place in November and December, offering a limited number of places.
Gloucester North Probus Club - meet at the Wooton Hall Club in Barnwood Road, every other Monday commencing at 10:30a.m. and are looking for new members. The meetings are pleasant affairs, with speakers who talk on a variety of subjects. The U3A organisation is for anyone over the age of 50 and who is no longer in full time paid employment. U3A is a nationwide organisation and the Gloucester Branch has a current membership in excess of 600.
